Workshops

Wim Hof Method Workshops

Wim Hof workshops focus on the methods developed the "Ice Man" Wim Hof, which combine specialized breathing techniques, cold exposure, and mindset training. These workshops aim to enhance physical and mental resilience, improve overall well-being, and boost the immune system. The Wim Hof Method is made up of three pillars. These are:

Cold Exposure

Cold Exposure involves gradually conditioning the body to withstand low temperatures, which can boost the immune system, increase resilience, and improve mental health through controlled exposure to cold environments

Wim Hof Method Breathing

Learn breathing techniques to boost your immune system, improve lung function and manage stress and anxiety

Mindset and Commitment Coaching

This pillar emphasizes cultivating mental strength and focus, encouraging individuals to embrace discomfort, overcome fear, and harness the power of the mind to achieve greater control over their bodies and well-being

Breathwork Workshops

Breathwork refers to various breathing techniques and exercises designed to improve physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Breathwork can help boost the immune system, regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote relaxation. It’s also used to release stored emotions and trauma. By consciously controlling the breath, individuals can access a deeper state of awareness and balance in both body and mind. Our workshops can focus on one or more of the following areas:

Wild Function

Training in functional breathing focuses on developing efficient and healthy breathing patterns that support overall well-being. It is believed that around 95% of people have dysfunctional breathing habits. By making simple changes to your breathing patterns and mechanics it is possible to make improvements in all aspects of your life

Wild Performance

By teaching techniques to encourage nasal breathing, increase CO2 tolerance and to simulate altitude training. We support athletes to increase their VO2 max, delay the onset of fatigue, and enhance aerobic capacity, all while reducing injury risks and improving mental focus. Incorporating these strategies can give athletes a competitive edge in both endurance and high-intensity sports.

"Thanks Greg, an awesome session"

"A superb session that lived up to my expectations (and some) and has inspired me to pick the Wim Hof method back up (especially now that I have experienced and ice bath!). Thanks Greg, an awesome session and hopefully this is just the beginning of a wonderful journey into the cold!"

Stephen Osborne

"Greg was calm, supportive and encouraging"

I was scared to go for the ice-bath from the beginning. I had doubts and throughout the day I was convinced that it won't happen. I don't know how but when it was the time, I just sit in the tub and stayed there for 2 minutes, covered with the water up until the neck. I'm sure I wouldn't do it if I was pushed or forced. Greg was calm, supportive and encouraging, guiding through the whole day. Thank you."

Gabriella Szabo-MacPherson

"I would highly recommend Greg's workshop"

"Excellent workshop. Greg was informative, engaging, knowledgeable, open to questions - an inspirational teacher.

It was a fantastic day I learnt so much & the time flew by.

I would highly recommend Greg's workshop and am excited to utilise all I have learnt."

Elizabeth Robinson

"Greg was pure inspiration"

"I've attended a few courses over the years and Greg stood out for his authenticity. He inspired me in how I'd like to deliver my own courses moving forward, a really personable confidence with a persona that was measured, thoughtful and intuitive. Some coaches tend to veer towards exhorting the practice they preach. Greg was pure inspiration, you could tell he wanted to make his knowledge available to everyone there at the level they were individually ready for, while giving space to the individual's needs. The day was calm, guided and uplifting. Would highly recommend this instructor to others and have already implemented what he taught me."
