Information: Please only eat lightly before the session and bring with you a yoga mat or similar to lie on and a blanket for comfort. You will be breathing for approximately 60 minutes with the time at the start for explanation and time at the end to reflect on your experience if you wish to.

Wild Release breathwork is a powerful practice that can lead to profound emotional and physical shifts. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating:
Cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease, recent heart attack, stroke)
Respiratory conditions (e.g., severe asthma, COPD, emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis)
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Glaucoma or detached retina
Severe osteoporosis (due to potential intense body movements)
Chronic dizziness or vertigo
Recent major surgery or physical injury
Severe anxiety or panic disorder (breathwork can sometimes intensify symptoms)
Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis (unless under professional supervision)
PTSD or unresolved trauma (may trigger intense emotional responses)
Dissociative disorders
Breathwork can induce strong physical and emotional reactions, which may not be safe during pregnancy so unfortunately this type of breathwork is not suitable if you are pregnant.
Use of certain medications (especially those affecting blood pressure, respiration, or mental health)
Recent drug or alcohol use (may intensify effects or lead to unpredictable reactions)
History of aneurysms (personal or family)
